My name is Neenon Viaud. I am a licensed independent school psychologist bringing a decade of expertise across education and behavioral health, with seven years of specialized practice dedicated to comprehensive school-based psychological services.

My passion for child development and family support began at Florida International University, where I earned my BA in Psychology (2013), and flourished at Long Island University in Brooklyn, where I completed my MS in Education (2018) with a focus on early childhood development. My dual licensure from both the Ohio Board of Education and the Ohio Board of Psychology uniquely positions me to address children's needs through complementary professional frameworks.

Throughout my career, I've built expertise through strategic professional roles. My dual position as a family worker and substitute teacher with the NYC Department of Education proved transformative, allowing me to support diverse learning needs while gaining firsthand understanding of how educational policies affect families across various communities. At Livanis Behavioral Consulting, I refined my approach to behavioral interventions as a registered behavior therapist. My work as a social skills instructor for children with autism at Comprehensive Behavioral Supports further specialized my toolkit for supporting children with distinct social and developmental needs.

My extensive experience as a school psychologist across greater Cincinnati school districts has provided me with comprehensive understanding of both challenges and opportunities within educational environments. Currently, I leverage this expertise as a contracted evaluator for ABA facilities, where I evaluate and diagnose to support children's developmental needs. My formative clinical internship at SUNY Downstate Infant and Child Learning Center's community-based early intervention program shaped my approach to working with developmentally delayed children and their families.

What fuels my work is an unwavering dedication to serving children and their families at pivotal moments of development. I find profound satisfaction in tailoring support systems that unlock each child's unique potential, regardless of their challenges or starting point. Throughout my career, each interaction has deepened my conviction that meaningful change happens through targeted early intervention, evidence-based specialized support, and genuine partnership with families. This collaborative approach not only addresses immediate needs but builds sustainable foundations for lifelong growth and independence.
